The position
Your main tasks will include: Responsible for production and delivery of dept. utilities to the production site by planning, coordinating, delegating, executing and following up the agreed plans and timelines. Responsible for the overall physical facilities and security, access control, EHS and project portfolio governance, being adherent to standards/governance of the area. Ensure adherence to GMP, safety, environmental and other appropriate rules and regulations according to policies. Together with the rest of the management team, continuously develop an effective organisation, improvement culture and drive use of new technologies. Lead the department in NN way in order to meet targets by optimum planning and utilization of resources. Ensure adequate resources, capacity expenses, personnel, technical investments and production facilities are allocated to deliver on the tasks the department is responsible for and people balance. Responsible for making budget forecasts and that the approved budgets are held for the department. Ensure that data created, received and kept in my area is complete, consistent, accurate, trustworthy and reliable, while deciding whether is acceptable for electronic data that I own to be copied or transferred to other IT systems. Also, ensure that data integrity risk assessments and data flow maps are established and maintained in my area. Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you have: Master’s Degree within the field of work and/or proven strong practical experience within the area. Extensive management experience. Knowledge of regulatory and quality standards in the pharmaceutical industry related to GMP and medical production. High level of proficiency in LEAN and demonstrated LEAN leadership skills. Fluency in spoken and written English. Personally, you are an outgoing individual who brings great energy and a can-do attitude to any situation. You enjoy taking up challenges and are motivated by ambitious targets. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where tasks and priorities can change in accordance with business needs. You naturally build trust with your stakeholders, and you like to drive and execute a variety of projects.
About the department
The department Production Support is overall responsible for the facility (buildings, office spaces, building security) and for the operation, maintenance, and calibration of all utilities (WFI, HVAC systems etc.) used in AM KA. Furthermore, the department is comprised by the Project Management Office who is responsible for all project management in AM KA, the EHS (environment, health, and safety) and shutdown coordination. Our ambition is reliability towards stability ensuring that AM KA is Fit for the Future. The department consists of approximately 65 highly engaged employees (skilled workers, project managers, technicians, academics, engineers, and specialists) with different nationalities and a high seniority. We care for each other, focus on wellbeing and value high professionalism and a healthy working environment.
