Would you like to be part of the continued success of DHL Aviation, and play a vital role in how we analyze and report data in a way that ensures a solid foundation for data-driven decision making? As a global company reporting is essential for DHL, and as we prepare to move into our new hub in 2023 optimizing reporting is of highest importance. We are therefore looking for a Business Reporting Specialist to undertake the responsibility for reporting in our Hub located in Copenhagen Airport.
YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM
As our Business Reporting Specialist you strengthen our data foundation through specifying the construction of KPI’s and understanding the processes, and you use visual illustrations to make complex data understandable.
You will be part of a dedicated team of 6 colleagues, who all have different areas of responsibility but are always willing to help and support each other. With direct reference to our Head of Performance & Business Support you will play an important role in ensuring our Senior Management team is always informed of the most important activities within your area of responsibility.
YOUR SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
To get key insights and find root causes you use your strong analytical abilities as well as your detail-oriented and systematic approach while working with complex data, and you draw on the knowledge you have gained from practical experience working with data analysis and reporting or theoretical understanding from a MSc in Business administration and data analytics, studies in finance or similar education.
By listening carefully you acquire input from employees and managers at all levels of the organization and with your accommodating and humble approach you know how to ask relevant questions and challenge status quo to clarify and gain insights.
With your strategic mindset you recognize business needs when identifying strengths and weakness in our processes. With your insights you support optimization projects.
You enjoy the international environment where communication in both English and Danish is part of everyday life.
