Do you want to be part of the continued success of DHL Aviation? Get a commercial education, whilst working in a company with more than 370 employees, and learning about HR administration. If this sounds interesting, then we are looking for you!
Our HR department supports our business and our employees – and within the next few years, our business will grow, as we prepare to move into our brand new office building next door in 2023.

YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM


As an HR Apprentice, you will get a 2-year Office education within a focus on Private Administration and play an important role in our HR team, where you will work together with nine dedicated colleagues, which is where your collaborative skills come in handy. You will work with a broad range of HR tasks and acquire areas of administrative responsibility within e.g. recruitment, rewards and recognition, compensation and benefits, reporting, performance management, course administration, and onboarding.

Through your curiosity, passion for learning, and desire to take on new challenges, you will get a well-equipped toolbox, not only within HR, but general knowledge about internal communication, quality and service, and private administration. You will be supporting our business alongside HR activities such as employee engagement and salary planning. 
The required training will be provided, and our HR team is more than willing to support you. Not only will you have the whole team behind you, but you will also have a fellow apprentice, who you can always turn to and seek advice from.

YOUR SKILLS & COMPETENCIES


As you will support employees and managers at all levels of the organization your social skills will come into play. You enjoy working in an international environment, with 56 different nationalities, where communication in both Danish and English comes naturally to you. Your great language skills will be useful when updating our app and Info boards with the latest internal news about the employee of the quarter, anniversaries, and open positions. While handling many different tasks, your overview and positive mindset will help you with focusing on the details while making new employment contracts and bonus letters. During the monthly reporting period, your sense of accuracy and attention to detail will lead to great appreciation from our managers.

We expect you to have finished high school (HHX, STX, EUX, etc.). Previous work experience is an advantage, but not a prerequisite. Do you have experience from studying abroad? Yes? Great! This could be an advantage as well, but it is NOT a requirement. You are a frequent and capable IT user and therefore you can easily learn and navigate in a new IT system, just like it is the most natural thing for you to work with MS Office applications.
