Handling all bookings/re-bookings for e.g. flights, hotels and car rental

Support for travellers in case they need assistance on their travel

Review and negotiate our agreements with suppliers (e.g. hotels) on an ongoing basis always looking for the best value for SGL and your SGL colleagues

Experience in serving international customers with emphasis on booking practices. An ability to read, define and apply international fares and taxes

Support on applications for visas together with our external suppliers

Support for our expats

Review and maintain the SGL Travel Policy

Contact with our travel insurance company

Ad hoc support to the Global General Counsel

To meet and exceed the expectations of your colleagues and be able to function well in a cross-functional collaboration

Experience preferably from a corporate travel function or from a travel agency

Strong communication skills – friendly, confident manner with all levels

Experience of web-based booking tools

Strong aptitude/understanding for booking highly complex multiple leg international itineraries

Strong customer focus e.g. service issue follow-up and resolution, visa/passport processing, voids, refunds, exchanges, split ticketing etc.

Be proactive: Recommend alternate routes, lowest available fares, booking class, exchange rates and travel products/services and upgrades

Extensive travel knowledge

Presentable, flexible with a desire to succeed

Fluent in English and Danish
