Short Description
Customer liability manager - Lawyer, Customer service
SAS customer service annually manages millions of customer contacts through our own operating centers and external partners. We are on a journey to adapt our customer service functions to the future needs of our travelers and build even more resilient processes. To support the transformation and strengthen our customer liability team, we are looking for additional customer liability managers. In this role you will need to stay updated with the case law in the field to ensure compliance and support your colleagues as well as taking part in cross functional development. You will need to exercise a commercially sound litigation and negotiation strategy including coordinating external counsel.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following qualification:
- Master of law
- At least two years work experience
- Experience in consumer law and passenger rights regulations will be meriting
- Experience from litigation in Danish courts will be meriting
- Experience from international law in EU markets will be meriting
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, as well as strong problem-solving combined with the ability to think strategically
- Ability to handle multiple projects, to prioritize and meet deadlines with attention to details and quality
- Ability to understand complex legal concepts and to apply them in operative processes
