Support Specialist Copenhagen Airport

Welcome to join our Airline Solutions Support team at CPH, where you will be the important key between your frontline colleagues and our internal departments within Digital&IT. You will provide both technical and functional support, capture ideas and function as “eyes & ears” in regard to IT and Mobile Solutions at Copenhagen Airport.
We are looking for a colleague who is passionate about service and support, can work as an ambassador for our digital solutions and mobile devices and who understands our operational areas needs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide on-site technical and functional support to your SAS colleagues as well as partners.
• Participate in service design/development and delivery/operations of assigned service area, as decided by appropriate Digital Service Owner –specifically focused on site specific requirements and delivery conditions.
• Focus on simplicity and always consider automation in the delivery processes.
• Order management for products, services, and subscriptions within assigned service area, which are not possible/feasible to order through the self-service channels.
• Onsite SPOC for SAS Service desk within working hours
• Onsite operational follow up with key vendors, for assigned service area.
About You
You enjoy working with different stakeholders, analyze problems and come up with working solutions. You can communicate with various end-users, are eager to understand their needs and able to transfer them into IT requirements.
To be as successful as possible, we welcome your previous experience from working within an airline and your high knowledge about SAS Operations mobile devices, such as Smartphones and Tablets.
We also believe you possess broad experience from Microsoft products and platforms, and we find it beneficial if you have project management experience or experience from system/application development or management.
Beside your proven track record, we appreciate great skills in:
• Microsoft Windows 10 & Office 365 services
• iOS & Android devices and enrollment processes
• Microsoft MDM Intune
• IT Communication/LAN/WAN/WIFI
• Security Awareness
• End User Training
• Azure fundamentals
We Believe You Possess Experience From
• Microsoft products and platforms
• Change Management & Digital Transformation
• Project management or experience from system/application development or management.
• Supplier and demand management, like providing and supporting IT- and business requirements, ensuring delivery and providing forecasts to management.
We Find It Beneficial If You Have
• Fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages in speech and writing, and good understanding of other Scandinavian languages
• Fluent professional English in speech and writing
• Knowledge of relevant operational business processes
• Knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow
• Knowledge of agile development methodology
Other of Importance
We are looking to fill a temporary passion with the possibility of converting it into a permanent position.
The position is located at Copenhagen Airport, and you will report to Head of Airline Solutions Support. If you feel your experience and skills are right for this role, please send your application as soon as possible. Deadline for application is 31.01.2024.
