Key responsibilities


A management support employee.

You will be the right hand to the Managing Director and Head of Strategy and sup-porting the Leadership Team in Maersk Oil Trading where you will be involved in many different tasks and projects across the global business.

You will be supporting management in executing the strategy in a business undergoing transformation as well as supporting management in day to day ad hoc assignments. You will be in a close interaction with stakeholders and other key relations in understanding and sharing business information

• Processing of data, preparation of management reports, analysis and benchmarks
• Preparation of meetings with leadership team
• Proactive support for the management in both minor day-to-day tasks and large projects as well as producing written material for eg Interviews, Workshops, Management Boards and Steering Groups under guidance from Consultants, Senior Consultants and Project Leaders

We are looking for


2-3 yrs experience as a management consultant – and to continue your career in a leading international trading & manufacturing business where the playing field is being disrupted by environmental initiatives and technological progress.

• Sharp listener in meetings and actively taking minutes and action points
• Quality and finish must be a priority in every product/delivery
• Striving for constant improvements and business understanding
• Planning and overview of routine tasks on a day-to-day, weekly and monthly basis
• Taking responsibility and ownership of own tasks
• Good communicator and fluent in English in speech and writing
• Extensive Power Point skills and the ability to transform (complex) information and data into cool and understandable management presentations
• Expected travel days up to 5-10 per year
