Maersk IT implemented ServiceNow in December 2015, its platform providing services across the whole Maersk Group- and it’s constantly growing, as is the team!
This role represents a fantastic opportunity to join or progress within a global organisation of significant size and scale. The role itself has an integral part to play as the organisation continues it’s digital transformation journey.
You will be a key contributor on delivering new services and improving existing within the ServiceNow platform in Maersk. You will work closely with our stakeholders while still having the ability to deliver designs and recommendations to enable them to make decisions and execute them. You need to gain insights from many areas and work with stakeholders from many levels of the organization. Work on their journey maps, and in general inspire them to deliver the needed features, efficiency gains, automation their areas require.
Your main tasks will be the following:
• Plan and execute co-creation workshops with stakeholders in order to propose the most viable solution for a given problem.
• Be actively engaged with customers in a technical and business setting
• Design, Prototype and help deliver technical challenges across multiple complex deliveries at a time
• Transform business requirements into technical solutions including estimates and prioritization.
• Help create capabilities to drive Self-service and automation. (Service Portal, Orchestration,)
• Prepare technical deliverables
• Collaborate within a technical team to develop leading edge platform technologies
The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience with ServiceNow as a solution consultant, architect or technical delivery resource within client environments.
• ServiceNow Systems Administrator certification required
• ITIL V3 foundation certification required
• Implementation Specialist certification strongly preferred
• Proven and demonstrated consulting experience (problem solver with attention to detail, Resourcefulness, not shy away to ask tough questions in a positive manner and understanding of business drivers behind the technology)
• Demonstrated ability to work and use SDLC/SCRUM and PRINCE2 as a delivery methodology
• Strong JavaScript, AngularJS and Bootstrap skills and understanding
• Experience with Web Technologies like XML, HTML and Web Services.
• Vast experience in planning and driving workshops
• Strong communication skills (active listener, think before acting, superb verbal and writing skills)
