Manager for Consultancy & Incident Response.
We are looking for THE ONE to help, grow and lead our Consultancy & Incident Response team. The position is newly created, so you will have the freedom to really have an impact on the team. Your experience within offensive security and incident response will help our customers to receive the best possible help, while your team has a leader to look up to and learn from.
We need you to be a strong and structured person, as you will navigate in a very diverse workday where challenges do not stop coming in. Your primary assignments are going to be related to:
- managing a team of security consultants in all areas of security assignments from awareness campaigns, gap analysis, web application test, compromise assessment and red teaming
- managing the cross-function IR-team consisting of people from different departments in the company
- delivery of all consultancy tasks and coordinate with sales in terms of scoping the assignments with assistance from the consultancy department. There is a dedicated PO for the consultancy area, where you will be expected to assist in having the right strategy for the department. At the same time, we expect you to have the hands-on skill needed to take on assignments on your own.
We expect that you have the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in offensive IT-security, hereby: Penetration testing of enterprise infrastructure, web applications and Red Teaming
- 3-5 years of professional experience with incident response in a global enterprise or as a consultant
- Understanding business demands
- Ability to translate IT security risks into business risks and present them to non-technical people
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Nice to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience. Master's or advanced degree in related field is preferred
- More than 2 years of experience as a team lead or manager
- Experience with forensic analysis
- Experience with APT investigations in large complex networks
As you are going to be a part of and lead the IR team, it is important that you can travel with short notice. Most of the travelling is related to customers in Denmark, Nordics and UK.
Your primary responsibility will be:
- Leading and managing the Consultancy department
- Ensuring quality of all assignments
- Aligning CSIS IR capabilities across the organization
- Assist in building the strategy for the consultancy department and IR work
- Delivering billable hours towards clients
- Take part in the scoping and sales process

This position is currently open in our Consultancy team, located in Copenhagen, Denmark.
It is a requirement that you can show and uphold a clean criminal record and get approval for security clearance HEM (Denmark).
Relocation to Denmark will be required if you are currently located elsewhere.
