We pay great attention to customer feedback and develop and improve our product in close cooperation with our customers. Great community care is, therefore, absolute key at Nøie.

At Nøie rather than mass-producing skincare products, we work with the customer to create the very best solution for their unique skin. We do this by combining the credibility of science with the experiences of the community — all in order to meet their individual needs. Our vision is to increase the quality of life for people with skin concerns and to create a new honesty about a taboo issue. Our goal is simply to reinvent skincare by creating the best skincare products in the world for each and everyone.

With direct reference to the Head of Community Care, you are offered the opportunity to play a key role in our community care team on an extremely ambitious growth journey together with a small dedicated A-level team of highly skilled colleagues. At Nøie we value fun and freedom, expertise, dedication and teamwork, and we invest in each other.
Our ways of working in community care are inspired by the books “Zappos: Delivering Happiness” and “Fucking Flink”
We are working with international customers with skin concerns who can contact us at any hour of the day, seven days a week. We strive to get back to each of them within 24-hours.
We generally schedule our Community Care Heroes between 10 am and 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
Nøie is currently based at the co-working space Matrikel 1 in the centre of Copenhagen, Denmark but will be moving to our new office at Norreport in the coming weeks.
An experienced customer service person with a “can-do!-spirit”, a helpful mindset, and who have a passion for great customer service.
The best candidates will have at least 12 months of customer service experience, but you should also have:
It is a plus if you also have experience from healthcare, is a skincare nerd and/or have other language skills than Danish and English - The more languages the better.
We will invite applicants for interviews on a rolling basis. The position will be filled when we find the right people.

- Experience with major CX software such as Zendesk and Dixa
- Professional written and spoken skills in Danish and English
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly under pressure
- Team-spirit - everybody helps each other
It is a plus if you also have experience from healthcare, is a skincare nerd and/or have other language skills than Danish and English - The more languages the better.
