Take part in scaling the world’s best skincare products through customisation
As COO you’ll be a key member of our management team. With direct reference to our CEO, you’ll collaborate to set the overall vision and strategy for Nøie and have the responsibility for the efficiency of the business. Your goal as COO is to secure the functionality of the business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.
You’re offered the opportunity to play a key role on an extremely ambitious growth journey together with a dedicated A-level team of highly skilled colleagues. Nøie is based at the co-working space Matrikel1 in the centre of Copenhagen, Denmark. We value fun and freedom, expertise, dedication and teamwork, and we invest in each other.
A few of your key responsibilities:
An experienced operations leader with a proven track record from a consumer scale-up with at least €15+ million in yearly revenue
We’re looking for an experienced COO to oversee and develop our organisation’s ongoing operations and procedures under rapid international growth. And someone who is used to an agile development framework and is comfortable in formulating international operations strategies, budgets and forecasts.
Furthermore, we’re looking for a great leader (people and business) with an analytical mindset and the ability to understand and balance driving healthy operations under high growth and rapid development. And last but not least, a person who possesses high-level communication skills (internal and external) and aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
Experience with fast growth is a must and an understanding of the dynamics of a direct-2-consumer or e-commerce startup is an advantage.

- Responsible for all day-to-day operations and administration of a business
- Designing and implementing business strategies, plans and procedures
- Overseeing and securing third-party business operations (including purchasing, supply chain, production, fulfilment, distribution, VAT and customs)
- In addition, our skincare R&D, SCM and Community Care will report directly to you
- Setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth and evaluating performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics
- Establishing policies that promote company culture and vision
- Participating in expansion activities (investments, corporate alliances etc.)
- Leading supplier negotiations to secure our gross margins and profitability
- Managing relationships with partners and vendors
