Every year 120 billion units of packaging are created by the global cosmetics industry and most of this packaging is not recycled, because it isn’t easily recyclable. Do you want to play an active role in changing that?

We aren't just driven by double-digit growth and international scaling. We are also committed to becoming actively sustainable. Over the short-term, our goal is to remove more CO2 from the atmosphere than we emit. Over the long-term, we aim to be 100 percent circular in everything we do.

Play a key role in executing our ambitious sustainability strategy and creating the world’s best skincare products through customisation
You will be the first sustainability professional on a growing team with personal and professional growth opportunities and responsibility from day one. You will be reporting directly to our Co-founder and Chief Footprint Officer where you will be assisting him in executing our sustainability initiatives.
We’re looking for a hands-on person, who is passionate about making sustainable change and with good communication skills. You will help execute our sustainability strategy while collaborating with other team members and working with external stakeholders.

- Collecting and analysing data for our carbon footprint calculations
- Writing and publishing our annual impact report
- Working with suppliers towards emissions reductions
- Providing sustainability-related content for our branding team
- Tracking progress and KPIs
- Assisting our Chief Footprint Officer with ad hoc tasks
- Assisting in developing our future sustainability strategy
- Assisting in developing the world’s most sustainable skincare packaging
What we’re looking for:
- Strong passion and motivation to solve some of the greatest sustainability challenges in the world through business
- 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Curious, willing to learn new things, and a desire to make big impact
- Excellent communication skills in English (writing and oral)
- Capable of running several projects in parallel
- Positive and optimistic personal traits
