How about leading a disruptive skincare brand’s influencer strategy and initiatives on an international scale?
At Nøie, we’re looking for someone to do just that. And to do so with a caring heart.
You’ll be part of our brand team, where you’ll be handling our influencer initiatives across all of Europe, with a main focus on Denmark, the UK, Germany, the Netherlands and the Nordics.
In collaboration with external influencer agencies, you’ll make sure we’re telling all the great stories about Nøie through inspiring, honest and trustworthy people.

- Drive international influencer strategy
- Full ownership of all influencer activities in Nøie incl. setting targets and budgets to meet commercial needs
- Create and conduct influencer campaigns from A-Z across various markets
- Create internal processes and identify new tools for efficiently handling and executing influencer campaigns internally
- Integrate influencer activities through growth channels (paid social, YT, TikTok, Snap) to create consistent brand voice and drive higher performance
- Run collaborations with agencies on all press relevant product launches and company news from start to finish
- Lead strategic conversations with influencer agencies in key markets
- Conceptualise and manage PR/influencer events
- Align with creative agencies and in-house team on creatives from influencers
- Take part in concept creation & creative direction of all larger brand moments e.g. specials projects, campaigns, activations etc.
- Be bad-ass

- Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities
- And still be a bad-ass
