FRONT OFFICE TEAMMEMBER WITH FOCUS ON TRADITIONAL CONCIERGE RESPONSIBILLITIES

We are looking for a new full time Front Office team member, whos primarily focus will be traditional concierge tasks.

ABOUT THE JOB
As part of our dedicated Front Office Team, you will daily be creating personal and magical experiences for our guests. Your mission will be to elevate our guests by fulfilling their individual needs. You will be driving internal processes and procedures as well as building enduring relationships with our guests. You will play a key role at the Front Office Team, responsible for check in and registration of guests upon arrival, perform Front Office duties while ensuring concierge requests are fulfilled. Besides creating memorable moments and ensuring smooth stay for all guests, you will create itineraries, confirm reservations, suggest and recommend places of interest, perform various administrative tasks, answer guests emails and check out our guests. You will be at the heart of the hotel and our ambassador.

WE EXPECT
That you are outgoing, service-minded and that you enjoy the role as host. We also expect that you have experience from other hotels, preferably international and from the luxury segment. You thrive in an energetic and hectic environment with many tasks at the same time, and you manage to still maintain full overview. You understand the importance of always being on stage and always being fresh, rested and "perfectly groomed". You also possess a wide knowledge of Copenhagen and places of interests. Just as we expect you speak and write well in English and Danish - and perhaps a third language.
