Who is Lift Relations?

Lift Relations is an innovative, growing SaaS company delivering a Customer Success Platform for the professional services industry.

Like the Vikings, we originate from Denmark. Yet, the majority of our customer base is in the US.

We are on a mission to make companies more profitable quickly by understanding their customer relationships better and faster. Our proprietary predictive methodology changes the game from traditional CSAT and NPS methodologies and reduces revenue churn significantly faster and better than any other system or methodology.

Responsibilities
In this position you will be responsible for all areas of the Engineering function and quality of service delivery, striving for best-in-class products and business practices to deliver to the customer’s expectations, managing teams and projects across the business.

You will need to provide clear leadership and vision. Moreover, inspire, and motivate team members to achieve excellence, and mentor them as they develop new skills. You will drive Objectives and Key Performance Indicators across all areas of the Engineering function to ensure that all projects are delivered on cost and on time to the highest quality standards. Additionally, you will ensure that Health, Safety, and Environmental issues are prioritized and facilitate, direct, and drive Continuous Improvement across all engineering-related areas of the business.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of leading an engineering function with a proven track record in strategic engineering leadership delivering effective engineering strategies, policies, processes, and systems
  • Experience of operating and influencing at a strategic level
  • Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to optimise team performance and development
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and manage key stakeholders
  • Strong and confident negotiator with the ability to negotiate at all levels
  • Great communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Results orientated with ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines
  • Commercially and financially astute with experience of managing budgets
  • An appreciation of and an ability to positively resolve issues arising from different cultures

As a profile you have years experience within technologoies and you love to be in this environment. Your background could be from another scale-up and you like to be on this journey with ups- and downs.

Technology is your heartbeat and you have good leadership skills, know how to build your team and love to see people develop and grow.

We’re growing rapidly and soon you’ll be hiring and leading developed which is why we expect that you are a relation builder with a good network, that could be a help, to find new tech people.

You are a strong communicator, fluent in English and other language skills is beneficial. As a profile you are self-driven, responsible, strategic and most important. you would like to be one of us.
