This is an exciting opportunity where you will join a dedicated team where we do the overall support to Programme/Release Management.

In this role, you will collaborate with different teams to define, prioritize and develop actions – ensuring seamless team collaboration and communication by aligning remote teams and bringing everyone on the same page addressing urgent issues and quickly escalating when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with other teams to define, prioritize, and develop actions
Follow up on prioritized tasks and push other team members to deliver within the time
Follow up on project actions, dependencies, risks and progress on mitigating these risks.
Create presentations describing project concepts, processes and alternatives to complex scenarios, to facilitate decisions
Create project status reports, the status of milestones and deliverables of Programme/Release Management
Support Programme/Release Management in administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, scheduling workshops and creation of meeting minutes

Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate has a relevant educational background combined with very good project management skills, preferably agile methodologies such as PMI, SCRUM, and ITIL.

You can set clear objectives and is determined to meet these objectives and you are able to work independently and at the same time demonstrate drive and team/cross-team collaboration.

You are a structured problem solver who thrives in dealing with complex issues – and have the ability to ‘zoom out’ and see the big picture.

You have excellent interpersonal- and stakeholder management skills – and you are not discouraged by working with senior stakeholders.

As a person, you are self-driven and has as a proactive can-do attitude.
