You will be at the heart of the day-to-day business in Maersk Logistics & Services where you will play a vital part in our success by providing timely administrative support to our executives and teams.

We are searching for a student assistant to assist our Senior Executive Assistant as well as the leadership team of Logistics & Services with administrative tasks – so knowledge to logistics not needed. We are looking for someone independent and proactive, who approach their work with curiosity and eagerness. This position provides the opportunity to get exposed to a global working environment, where you can build strong communication and organizational skills.

The global reach of Maersk also means that you will interact with stakeholders all over the world and get exposure to our different areas of work.
You will report to the Senior Executive Assistant in the department, but you will also be working closely with the other executive assistants in Logistics & Services as well as the leadership team.
Key responsibilities:
- You will support the Senior Executive Assistant across a whole range of administrative tasks
- Assist in booking meeting rooms and catering
- Calendar management and meeting coordination
- Processing expenses and purchases
- Help with travel expenses and visa preparation
- On- and off-boarding of team members
- Plan and arrange department-wide social activities and lead engagement initiatives
- Assist with maintaining and building Logistics & Services’ Sharepoint site in cooperation with the EAs of the department
Who we are looking for:
- You have probably just started your bachelor’s degree
- You are a service-minded individual who enjoys working with others to find solutions
- In addition, you have the ability to drive things independently, are a quick learner and self-starter
- You are at ease in managing multiple and changing priorities and stakeholders, and can keep a good overview even during busy periods
- You have a strong sense of urgency and drive to deliver quality in your work- all at the same time
- You are tech-savvy, and it is an advantage if you have or can learn social media and editing skills
- You are fluent in English – written and verbally
