We offer

An interesting role where you as a Facility Associate, will organize and coordinate flexible seating and office procedures.

Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high level of service and communication.

As our new Facility Associate you will become part of a welcoming and warm-hearted team that goes the extra mile every day to deliver good service. The role is full-time (37 hours/week) and working hours are between 7:00 AM and 17:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

As our new Facility Associate, you will work with a variety of administrative tasks across the departments, making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors, and providing support to our employees.

Furthermore, some of your key responsibilities are:

  • Maintaining a neat, organized front-of-house environment
  • Coordination of the flexible desking process
  • Coordination of teams/block and stack in the designated areas for hot desking
  • Review and perform reports based on occupancy data
  • Coordination with different stakeholders
  • Tidiness and functionality of workspaces, printers and copy rooms
  • Cover in the reception

We are looking for

A service-minded team player to be part of our dynamic Facility Management team. We expect that you have experience from the service industry or similar positions. Additionally, we expect you to be passionate about providing good service in all situations. You must be able to maintain a solid overview, be flexible and work independently. You are professional, quality-conscious, and impact-oriented, with attention to detail, and can handle multiple tasks within tight deadlines.

You enjoy collaboration in a multicultural environment and can see the importance of knowledge sharing in a team and are able to actively take part of the build-up of best practices with your colleagues.

Furthermore you:

  • Are proactive and have a structured approach to problem-solving
  • You possess curiosity, discipline, resourcefulness, and resilience
  • Have interpersonal skills and ability to build good relationships with stakeholders
  • Are trustworthy, calm, patient and focused
