Description
The Siteimprove Product Operations team is responsible for optimizing the intersection of Product and Engineering. We support the Product Development department and our go-to-market counterparts in improving alignment, communications, team performance, and best practices in the product development lifecycle. For two of our engineering teams, we are currently seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead who is highly collaborative and works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution, continuous improvement, and exceptional product delivery.
What you will be doing
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, acting as the Scrum Master for the engineering team.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Provide guidance in user story creation, acceptance criteria definition, and release planning.
- Remove impediments and address challenges that hinder team progress, ensuring a smooth development and delivery process.
- Monitor delivery timelines, identifying risks and proactively implementing mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Release Management to manage stakeholder expectations and cross-functional communication for team deliveries.
- Measure and report on team velocity, project progress, and key performance indicators to inform decision-making.
- Champion Agile principles and collaborate with other Agile Delivery Leads and to refine and improve Agile practices and processes.
- Serve as the Change Agent in the team and drive transformative departmental initiatives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What we will require of you
- 5+ years of experience in Agile project management or delivery roles, including serving as a Scrum Master.
- Proven success in leading and coaching Agile teams through project lifecycles, with a deep understanding of Scrum practices and principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
What we will love about you
- Previous experience working at a SaaS company.
- Agile certification (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) is preferred.
- General understanding of cloud-native services, including AWS-managed offerings.
DKK 500,000-648,000 per-year-salary
Base pay will depend on the position, inpidual qualifications, market, and other operational business needs.
