This role in the Business Resilience & Integration team is based in our HQ in Copenhagen and we expect the hours will be 15-20 per week.
Key responsibilities:
This is a supporting role, where you will be part of the Business Resilience & Integration (BR&I) team. You will be engaged in work associated with creating standards and requirements for Crisis Management, Business Continuity Management and integration of HSSE and BR areas of responsibilities into the business.
You will be providing outside-in view on topics and contribute with lean thinking where automated/digital approach are utilized throughout area of responsibility.
Other key tasks include:
- Analyzing data related to Business Resilience and Integration (BR&I) which is used for further reports or presentations for the management and/or stakeholders
- Engaged in key activities associated with designing our business resilience approach and/or our Growth playbook
- Support on growth and/or integration projects where HSSE/BR requirements are to be implemented into the business
- Support in activities associated with implementation of BR through the regional BR Managers
- Create training material to educate employees about BR&I practices which includes preparing presentations, organizing workshops, and related administrative work
- Staying updated on industry trends , best practices is essential
- Collaboration with colleagues from different departments to ensure a coordinated approach to business resilience and Integration
- Providing administrative support along the BCM lifecycle and/or the Commit Rule (company policy) associated with BCM and CM
- Updating of relevant BR&I documents on the Maersk intranet and optimize ‘look and feel’ for the intranet page
- Assisting the BR&I team in any ad-hoc tasks and day-to-day deliveries

You are service minded and not afraid of getting exposure to stakeholders, also outside of the team.

- Have an excellent command of English in speech and writing
- Are structure and detail-oriented
- Have a keen interest in digitalization and use of data
