We are currently looking for a dedicated and open Student Assistant to join our team Energy Transition Finance.

We offer

• A unique opportunity to join a fun and driven team in the Energy Transition Finance department, where you have the opportunity to contribute to a range of dynamic activities and deliverables that directly support Maersk’s decarbonization mission.

• The role will be based in our Copenhagen office.

Key Responsibilities

As a student assistant in our team, you will have many and varied tasks such as:

• Supporting decarbonization due diligence activities for Maersk investments

• Supporting with communication and training materials for business stakeholders on decarbonization finance topics

• Data evaluation and development for financial modelling, green financing requirements and decarbonization decisions

• Energy Transition budget analysis

• Analysis and presentation preparation

• Updating financial procedures.

Who we are looking for

• The ideal candidate will be studying at their final year of their Bachelor or first year of their Master – we would envisage finance, economics, engineering etc. to be study direction – but other fields of study may also be considered.

• Experience with financial modelling and experience within a corporate organization will be preferred.

• You have excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex material to colleagues and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

• You are fluent in written and spoken English and as a person you have a can-do attitude and are well organized.
