As an Operations Coordinator, we expect you to excel in planning and collaboration. Success in this role comes from structured and independent work, showcasing strong coordination qualities. You should be perceived as effective, proactive, and capable of handling various tasks in a hectic work environment. Due to the nature of this newly created role, your initial period will involve establishing processes and planning the work.
In Co-Living we thrive on delivering excellent service, so your approach to customers, employees, and partners should be positive, respectful, and engaging. We have many guests from different countries and our colleagues come from diverse cultures. Hence a language such as Swahili is a prerequisite. IT knowledge is crucial, as administrative tasks will be part of your daily responsibilities. The position is for 37 hours per week, based in Copenhagen.

Primary tasks/Responsibilities:
- Establishing lean work processes
- Efficient planning of cleaning tasks with a focus on high-quality execution
- Coordination and delegation of tasks to the different teams.
- General quality assurance of cleaning
- Shift schedule planning
- Staff recruitment
- Procurement of cleaning products
- Developing a plan for stocking storage rooms
We expect you to meet the following requirements:
- International work and cleaning experience
- Flexibility, extrovert, and a service-oriented mindset
- Proven strong coordination skills.
- Structured work approach with the ability to maintain overview.
- Strong communication in Swahili and English (both spoken and written)
- Good marketing and business research skills
- Experience in leading cleaning staff and motivating employees
- Bachelor's or professional bachelor’s degree in marketing or business management
- A clean criminal record is a requirement.
