Are you an experienced finance professional looking for a role where you can truly make an impact? is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to lead the financial oversight of our critical Devex and Capex expenditures during the development, construction, and commissioning of large-scale projects.
This is a pivotal position where your expertise will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with strict financial discipline. You'll be working closely with senior management and project teams to drive financial success and support strategic initiatives that will contribute to Denmark's green transition.

You'll be working closely with senior management and project teams to drive financial success and support strategic initiatives that will contribute to Denmark's green transition.
As part of , you’ll be joining a team that is dedicated to shaping the future of Denmark’s energy supply by implementing sustainable solutions with biogas, CO2, and hydrogen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop, monitor, and update financial budgets and forecasts for Devex & Capex projects. Analyze financial variances and recommend corrective actions to stay on track.
- Develop, maintain, and operate business cases for large projects.
- Project Control: Oversee cost control measures throughout the construction and commissioning phases. Monitor and report on project costs, revenues, and financial risks.
- Develop the Project Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) aligned with the Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). Setup, populate and maintain the different CBS elements in the Company’s ERP/cost control system.
- Provide relevant financial analysis in relation to tender bids/pricing and supplier selection decisions.
- Support the implementation of cost requirements in tender processes according with industry best practice as AACEi and PMI
- Perform periodic cost control of the projects, including VoWD and Earned Value methodologies, comparing the current status with the cost baseline and updating the project cost forecast.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and financial institutions, to ensure alignment and support for financial goals.
- Support financial modeling and valuation analysis
- Support to Risk Management activities and Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA).
- Contribute to experience transfer and lessons learned activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Management Accounting, or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, ideally within the wind, oil, gas, or similar industries.
- In-depth knowledge of VoWD and Earned Value methodologies.
- Familiarity with industry best practices (AACEi, PMI) and project controls functions, including cost estimating, scheduling, and change management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage complex tasks and drive results.
- A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with excellent analytical skills.
