When you join the Trade Flow Insights and Economics team, you will become part of a team that excels for the quality of output, at a truly global company undergoing an exciting transformation. We offer flexibility to focus on lectures and exams, but the job also requires flexibility to commit more hours during peak periods.
Key Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to support research projects that answer complex business issues, and deliver comprehensive economic and trade analysis on an ongoing basis.
Furthermore, your key responsibilities will be:
- Analyse data and prepare literature reviews
- Assists other team members in specific projects and develop research on hot topics
- Contribute to team’s output, such as presentation material and internal reports
Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who:
- Is a master student in Economics or similar
- Is passioned about macroeconomics and trade
- Has a well-equipped toolbox with econometric skills
- Has analytical skills and attention to details
- Has a can-do attitude, a natural curiosity, and the ability to learn fast and gather knowledge
- Advanced skills in use of Excel and PowerPoint
- Nice to have: familiar with retrieving data from platforms like Oxford Economics or LSEG Workspace Datastream (formerly Refinitiv Eikon)
Since you are joining an international environment, your written and spoken English must be proficient.
