CW1 Global Trainer for Air & LCLAs a Global CargoWise 1 Trainer, you will play a critical role in supporting the successful implementation of CW1 across our global organization. This role requires a strong focus on designing and delivering effective training programs that empower teams to adopt new processes and functionalities efficiently. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring readiness and alignment to drive operational excellence and end-to-end process success.
Your expertise will contribute to the development of a global training framework, tailoring it to specific country and functional needs, and ensuring consistent execution. At the end of the day, your efforts will enable our teams to transition to the new way of working with confidence and competence.
As a Global CargoWise 1 Trainer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth onboarding and adoption of CW1 across our global teams. Your dedication will contribute to enhancing operational efficiency, building team capabilities, and driving overall project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for CW1 end users, focusing on system functionalities, processes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with regional and local teams to identify training needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Create and maintain training materials, including e-learning content, guides, and interactive workshops, tailored to diverse audiences.
- Support end-to-end training activities, including onboarding, Hypercare, and adoption phases.
- Partner with BCMs and Business Implementation Managers (BIMs) to align training strategies with key project milestones and deliverables.
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions to build local training capabilities and ensure sustainability.
- Monitor training effectiveness and adoption levels, identifying areas for improvement and escalating issues as needed.
- Act as a subject matter expert for CW1 system processes and functionalities, providing ongoing support to local trainers and users.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in delivering training programs for large-scale system implementations, preferably CW1 or other TMS platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Should be open for travel. Requires up to 50% travelling.
- Familiarity with logistics processes, including Air, LCL, inland, warehousing, and VAS, is a plus.
- Experience in developing digital training content and using e-learning tools.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, global environment.
- Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
