Wunderman Thompson Marketing Automation and Personalisation Centre of Excellence for (MAP CoE) is a specialized business unit within Wunderman Thompson that helps large, multinational companies create personalized omnichannel customer experiences at scale.

As a Junior Solution Consultant, you will help our clients grow by researching, analyzing, understanding and documenting client needs and solutions. More specifically, your tasks would include:
In the Solution Consulting team, we help our clients connect business and technology by analyzing business requirements and creating solution designs and roadmaps to put in place the technology that meet their needs. As a junior member of the Solution Consulting team, you will work closely with the Solution Consultants and Directors on the team, who will introduce you to our approach, capability models, frameworks and blueprints.
In client projects you will play an integral role working alongside Account Directors, Data Specialists, Business Consultants and Content Strategists to research, analyze, understand and document client technology needs and solutions.
With your base in our office in Copenhagen you will become part of a passionate team of competent colleagues that always go the extra mile to help each other deliver to the client. You are comfortable presenting and communicating complex technology solutions in speech, writing and PowerPoint to both tech and business people, and interacting with client stakeholders on all levels (all in English).

What will your day look like?
As a Junior Solution Consultant, you will help our clients grow by researching, analyzing, understanding and documenting client needs and solutions. More specifically, your tasks would include:
- Analyze and document client business requirements for marketing automation and personalization solutions, taking into account the client business strategy and objectives as well as technical, data, organizational and creative context.
- Research, evaluate and document new technology vendors and products in the market to help evaluate the potential fit with WT offering and client business requirements.
- Research, document and evangelize best practice solutions to our client account teams to help increase the take-up of best practice across our clients.

- Professional experience with marketing automation, personalization and digital marketing technology.
- A basic understanding of marketing processes, organization and value creation.
- Prior experience with requirements documentation and fit-gap analysis is plus.
