You will be part of the HR Processes and Operations team of 8 (including 4 student assistants) supporting 200+ employees in our Copenhagen office, and you will engage with our 7 HR advisor colleagues in Esbjerg on process development, case handling etc. as well. The position is part of optimizing and delivering key HR processes across Denmark, and due to the very broad work scope, there will be plenty of learning and development opportunities depending on what personal ambitions you bring into the role.
Key Responsibilities
You will be partnering with all HR functions and the business to implement and execute a strong HR operational agenda in our Copenhagen location supporting employees and managers from both highly technical as well as support functions. You will act as a subject matter expert on all HR topics linked to employment terms and conditions. We have employees on several contract types, which adds to the complexity of solutions applied.
We are a highly international workplace and a significant part of your job will be to drive mobility cases with a focus on ongoing support to expats joining our office, especially around operational on- and offboarding activities.
You will together with the rest of the team have an eye on our HR data to be compliant in order to meet any audit requirements. Some of the typical daily tasks linked to the above can be:

- Supporting or handling employee cases in collaboration with managers, talent developers, and specialist teams in and outside HR
- Drive compliant case management regarding vacation, sick-leave, maternity/paternity leave, payroll, employee benefits, etc
- Lead the back-office execution on all employment changes in our systems
- Work with external vendors supplying services around tax support, car lease, relocation services, payroll, etc. to ensure smooth deployment to and daily handling with our employees.
