Our agency, Wunderman Thompson MAP, has seen a lot of growth over the last several years, and I’ve reached the point where I need some help. I’m seeking an extra pair of hands. Someone who I can work closely with, to solve tasks around our agency and build your exposure to the rhythms of an action-packed business.
You will not need to do things like book my meetings or monitor emails – the assistance I’m seeking is broader and ideally more stimulating. You would own your own tasks – no matter how big or small – and work in close cooperation with me to see projects through to success. Assignments might include meeting with managers to discuss potential challenges, sorting out new initiatives and ways of working, or formulating and communicating updates to the broader organisation in line with our culture and values. You’ll interact with talented people in tech and data departments, project management, business growth, as well as our clients.
The values we admire the most are the ones you learned outside the classroom (for example: follow the golden rule; have integrity; do the right thing.) I’d like to bring on board a self-starter with very good social and interpersonal skills. You can see the big picture, while also paying attention to detail. You are organized, can keep an overview and find structure in a fast-paced environment. You are not afraid to ask questions when being challenged with new or tricky tasks. You have outstanding communication and writing skills and see the value in building trust and relationships with colleagues.

What do you bring to the table?

- A university degree, or are in the final year of completing your Master’s (The position can be full-time or less, if you’re still in school.)
- A broad education in fields like Psychology, Communication, Business etc.
- Excellent organizational skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills both in written and spoken English.
