The B2B marketing team is looking for a talented Student Assistant with an eye for performance and data-driven marketing. You will be working with dedicated and very ambitious people across the team, supporting various digital campaigns and projects for our Logistics and Ferry business at DFDS. One of your main focuses will be supporting the Head of Insights and Strategy in driving the Customer Focus and insight track.

As a Student Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Setup emails and create templates in our email system
- Create reports for our website traffic, campaigns, and customer surveys
- Collect insights and do research about our customers
- Support on creating various internal and external marketing material
- Coordinate and set up training sessions for our marketing tools with other teams in DFDS
- Create users and handle support issues for some of our technical systems
- Be responsible for the Customer Focus support email
Preferred Candidate Profile
The preferred Student Assistant for this role would be:
- You are well on your way with your studies and have at least 1 year left
- You have technical flair and enjoy working with and learning new technical systems
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Danish language skills are not a requirement
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
It will also be expected that you are collaborative within the team and with various employees across DFDS. Besides this, you are open-minded, curious, and a self-starter, have attention to detail and are ready to deliver on time.
