Do you want to contribute to the development of DFDS’s Employee Experience in the full employee life cycle and help us work smarter with processes and tools available?
In our Employee Experience Team our dear colleague are going on maternity leave and therefore we are looking for someone who wants to cover and help on the exciting journey of creating a 1st class experience for all employees during their time in DFDS.
We want to bring DFDS to the forefront and provide a fantastic employee experience no matter if you sit at home, in the office, on a ship or in a terminal. This experience starts with the right tools and processes right in the hand of our employees.
Be the center of developing an exceptional Employee Experience
Digitalization of the Employee services is a part of DFDS’ journey of digitalizing and innovating our 150-year-old company.
You and the team you are in, will be building our future platform for HR - based on Microsoft D365. The platform will also form the basis for our future Communication platform.
You will be part of defining and deciding the way DFDS will be working in the future.
The scope of your tasks will be ever-changing and your chances to develop the same. It will be your job to help us staying on our toes and following the development in the market.
You will be a joining a team, which purpose is to provide the 1st class employee experience.
The team is part of our Core Tribe in the Technology & Innovation Division.
We collaborate closely with the People Division, Group Communication and across DFDS’ Technology and Innovation Division. Thus, you will be working with colleagues from various professional areas and from different countries.
Main responsibilities
More specific you will be responsible for digitizing our internal processes in DFDS such as our onboarding process, appraisal process, recruitment process etc.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for our communication platform, which is built in Microsoft 365 (a combination of SharePoint, Teams and Power Automate). You will work with our communications department to keep the platform modern and fit for our needs. This also includes the responsibility for maintaining our Microsoft 365 platform and roll out new functionality to the rest of DFDS.
Implementation and configuration of 3rd party tools such as electronic signature solution, Guest management and Information screens will also be within your area.
Preferred professional candidate profile
To be successful in this role we imagine that you have a bachelor or master degree within the area of IT or similar level of experience.
You will not be asked to know everything upfront, but you do need to be curious and willing to learn.
Being a System & process Analyst at DFDS, we appreciate colleagues who strive to learn and grow. We are looking for a candidate which have the courage and ability to fill this position. If you come with the right attitude, we will give you the right tools and tasks for your further success.
You might have experience with some or all the following: Office 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, PowerShell.
You are expected to have a basic understanding of integration between IT Systems.
It is a plus, but not expected if you have experience with Dynamics 365 Finance.
Preferred personal candidate profile
You have a strong desire to push the boundaries of what we do, how we work and which tools we adopt. You want to set the direction for DFDS digital workplace journey and help our colleagues get there. You are used to collaborating and aligning with both IT colleagues working with infrastructure and other systems, and with colleagues in the business. You thrive, working in a world of changing systems and platforms, and adapting to the business needs and the possibilities. You think in a fit-to-standard model, where we don’t have to build custom solutions for DFDS, but combine of the shelf tools to create an amazing platform.
