We are looking for a Systems Analyst to work on LS Retail configurations and deployments for the DFDS Passenger Business (covering multiple activities across Europe).

Join our Passenger Tribe in the Technology & Innovation Division of DFDS and become part of the team helping to manage and deploy a modern retail solution across our European wide network of passenger vessels covering UK, France, Netherlands, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Lithuania, and Estonia.
Retail and inventory aboard a vessel crossing international boundaries has a high level of complexity and will demand a retail system of equal to the task. You and the team are going to successfully complete that task.
The Retail team is run by a dynamic Product Owner who owns the Retail Team and the Software Team covering Check-In and Onboarding.
Main responsibilities
You main responsibility in this role will be to work with the Point Of Sale Retail Team on the configuration of:
In addition to the above, you will handle ongoing support of the system and as part of the job you will interact with plugin providers and other software teams for integrations. You must expect there will be occasional traveling.
Preferred candidate profile
You will not be asked to know everything upfront, but you do need to be curious and willing to learn.

We expect you to have experience that demonstrates general IT abilities which we could train to become an LS systems expert. Experience with Nav/BC/LS Retail or similar Retail systems would be a benefit, but we are happy to train into this post if your profile indicates compatibility.

- development of new features such as stock handling, price management, interaction with Electronic Shelf Labels
- deployments and roll-outs of systems in new vessels, retail outlets and our new head office business units
- system upgrades (LSC) for areas currently running on LSR16
- collaboration and integration with a variety of other systems
