The Department
As an IAM Engineer in the IT Security & Networks Department, you will be a part of a highly skilled team of IT security and network professionals. The team consists of 5 employees working with the backend network infrastructure, IT security services, and the guidance and consulting of the internal security services.
The team reports to the Head of IT Operations, and you will be a part of a growing Engineering function, which supports the organization’s other teams i.e., Architecture, IT Operations, Development, and Information Security.
The culture in Banking Circle is characterized by an informal, international, and diverse environment. The team has a flat structure, which means there is room for having great influence and ownership of the IAM processes and workflows.
The Position
Banking Circle has just embarked on their IAM journey, and they are now designing their own IAM platform. You will join them on this journey, and in accordance with your passion for cybersecurity, and Identity & Access Management, you will participate in and impact the design and implementation of Identity Lifecycle Management. This includes building, designing, and maintaining IAM/PAM/IGA services, and solutions for SSO, and MFA.
You will act as the domain and technology lead on these IAM aspects ensuring IAM-guidance on both IT and business stakeholders. Further, you will maintain and update documentation for all aspects related to the above-mentioned services, and likewise continuously evaluate and improve these services, and processes.
Your personality is seen as just as important a factor as your technical skills and competencies. As a person, you are friendly, open-minded, responsible and thrives with proactively taking on ownership. Moreover, you are a team player who gladly cooperates, and shares your knowledge and past professional experiences. You are expected to master great communication skills since you will be involved in communicating IAM related aspects to both peers in IT as well as to business and management. Consequently, you must be fluent in English, both verbally and written.
