We offer
You will be provided with an in-depth insight into the everyday work life of HR Operations interfacing with a multitude of stakeholders. This is a way for you to turn theory from e.g. data collection, communication etc. into practice. There will be an opportunity to contribute to other tasks as well, like regular updates of our new HR Share Point covering the Copenhagen entities as well other ongoing tasks and projects. Potentially, you will be given the opportunity to gain further insight to our business as an intern or in connection with your Bachelor or Master Thesis. We expect that you can work for us approximately 15-20 hours per week. Flexibility around exams etc. will be given. You will be part of a team of 7 including 2 other student assistants, where knowledge sharing is an integrated part of our weekly schedule.

In HR Processes & Operations we are the first point of contact for employees and managers in our office in Copenhagen (200+ employees), of which many are international giving an extra flavor to the tasks at hand. You will be given a clear area of responsibility which to a certain extent will depend on your experience, personality and educational background. Your main responsibility will be to support the HR Advisors on location with the following tasks:

Your main responsibility will be to support the HR Advisors on location with the following tasks:
- Handling requests from managers and employees in our inbox on a wide range of tasks linked to their contractual terms and conditions
- Data in- and output of our different HR systems
- Secure a smooth onboarding process for all staff based on their individual contractual category with on time delivery of contracts, notifications and HR system updates
- E-boks and invoices handling
- Ongoing updates of HR Share Point in collaboration with internal HR content owners
- Ad hoc contribution to tasks and projects
