Business Change Manager for large IT-program in DFDS
DFDS recently made a large acquisition of the Dutch company, HSF. This is the largest Logistics acquisition in the history of DFDS.
To integrate HSF into DFDS, we need a Change Manager to support the people side of implementation and to support the new HSF business unit to become a part of DFDS.
We need you to get people and the business on board
As Change Manager your overall aim is to manage and embed the transition of change in the business in close collaboration with local management. To do so, you draw on your people skills and optimist mind-set to identify what is needed to achieve change of behavior and routines and deliver the planned benefits.
You will also ensure that end-users on all levels are trained and have the necessary information to take on a new system and changed business processes. In other words: Communication, coaching, training, evaluating, and support, are just some of the important key words to this role.
The HSF program involves locations in Holland and Denmark (Esbjerg and Hobro). You will be visiting the different workplaces to meet local management, staff, and user groups to discuss changes and encourage and motivate them to embrace the change and realize the benefits.
You should expect 20-30 travel days a year.

You will work closely with our HSF Program Manager and Implementation Leads on the overall change management strategy. You will also be part of a highly dedicated team, all working on the same program, ready to collaborate and support you through the IT implementation.
Besides your team you will have a big network internally and externally as the HSF Program involves a large part of the logistics organization.

- Shape and adjust local change management plans that maximize adoption and minimize resistance to change.
- Support and adjust design and delivery of training programs for different functional stakeholder groups.
- Assess the change impact, conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors, and support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.
- Pro-actively identify stakeholder concerns.
- You will ensure timely communication with the right level of detail to the individual stakeholders, across the whole program.

- Have any relevant accreditation applicable to the role.
- Are familiar with the complexity of driving people side of change when implementing it systems.
- Thrive on working with the operational side of change management.
- As we use Prosci/ADKAR as Change Management framework it could also be great if you have experience with these frameworks.
- Ideally you are familiar with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Experience from large IT implementation projects is an advantage but not a must.
