About the job

sanofi is seeking an Omnichannel Specialist Rare Diseases / Rare Blood Disorders in North Europe. You will have the responsibility to support the business within omnichannel customer engagement, digital insights, and solutions with a strong focus on the health care professional’s customer journey and personalized experiences, data collection and accelerated business performance.

This role could be placed in any of the office locations in North Europe. This is a permanent role with approx 5% travel required.

Relevant location could be Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Finland or Norway

Main responsibilities:

  • Support the North European Rare Disease (RD) and Rare Blood Disorder (RBD) business in the implementation of their omnichannel transformation journey through the new Go-To-Market (GTM) models
  • Execute on the strategy set by the Omnichannel Lead and the business to create solutions that are scalable across the region
  • Supervise the design and delivery of seamless omnichannel health care professional (HCP) customer experience within the RD/RBD digital infrastructure, efficiently differentiating our products and services, driving strong personalization, disease awareness, customer engagement and growth
  • Successfully support the use of Sales Force Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and the HCP Hubs and integrate the strategic roadmap for new functionality, content upload and campaign impact
  • Streamline content and omnichannel efforts across the Northern European region, working in close collaboration with Brand Managers and Marketing Leads for local content production and global content adaption
  • Through insights collected via our digital platforms, regularly review, and analyze the value our digital offering brings, and proactively share recommendations for improvement to the brand teams, with the aim to provide a tailored customer experience.
  • Contribute to the brand team by providing digital expertise and drive excellence in the digital platforms, tools and channels that will enhance customer experience
  • Within the RD/RBD digital infrastructure, design and embed a framework that enables data collection such as customer engagement scores, to determine quality of engagement in line with customer persona needs and preferences
  • Through appropriate metrics set in collaboration with the Performance Data Lead benchmark and review RD/RBD digital solutions performance, reporting back on impact and improvement area
  • Develops detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks

About you

  • University Degree degree in communication, digitalization, marketing or other relevant education
  • Proactive and self-driven
  • Build networks within the team and in matrix organization
  • Have a winning mindset, seek and deploy innovative ideas and approaches, and think out of the box
  • Good command of English both written and verbal and good IT skills
