About the job
Join sanofi as HRBP Europe sanofi Specialty Care where you will be an active member of both the sanofi Specialty Care Europe Leadership Team and the HR Europe leadership team, with a direct reporting line to the Head of HR Europe & Corporate Functions.
You will lead the Specialty care HR Network in Europe and be accountable for developing and implementing the People Strategy aligned with the business ambition and outlook, the Global People priorities and the European environment.
Possible working locations: Amsterdam ideally, Europe
Main responsibilities
- Develop an effective organization in Europe that ensures business growth and sustainability through optimal and agile structures, resources, and capabilities
- Build a recruitment strategy that ensures the traction of a diversified talent pool, both internal and external. Contribute directly to the recruitment of the sanofi Europe leadership team members, and the MCO leadership teams
- Lead the People development efforts through a compelling Talent Roadmap that supports Managers and Employees in their development and career plans; identify and track related KPIs
- Contribute to the Leadership development, to build capabilities for critical competencies and skills, in key area of the business
- Support the Cultural transformation through initiating and coordinating change initiatives
- Ensure the compensation practices meet the People engagement and performance strategy of the GBU
In order to deliver the priorities, you will partner closely with key expert teams at regional and Global level: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Reward and Performance, Leadership Development.
About you
- Master's degree in HR management or business-related subject
- Significant experience in HR management roles or broad leadership roles, ideally with international exposure
- Successfully supported large, high growth business and coaching senior leadership teams
- Experience in definition and / or implementation of HR strategy in a diverse environment
- Strategic thinking: Make decisions by analysing current and future scenarios, disrupt the status quo with innovation, while remaining pragmatic and focused on priorities
- Results orientation: Execute, be comfortable with ambiguity, and adapts with agility. Take calculated risks and anticipate potential issues
- People leadership: Engage and leverage everyone’s strengths while being highly self-aware
- Relationship and influence: Inspire trust through empathy and authenticity. Empower and recognize others to create powerful relationships and networks
- Oral and written fluency in English
- Travel requirements 20-30% in Europe
