Join sanofi as a Medical Associate. In this role you will drive, contribute to and/or support medical projects and initiatives to optimize the execution of projects/initiatives in North Europe Immunology Medical Affairs. Focus will be on cross country activities as well as digital transformation and omnichannel communication, medical education, evidence generation and other internal improvement initiatives.
The position is part of Immunology Medical Affairs, North Europe, sanofi Specialty Care and is primarily office-based. This is a permanent role with no travel required.

In this role you will drive, contribute to and/or support medical projects and initiatives to optimize the execution of projects/initiatives in North Europe Immunology Medical Affairs. The position is part of Immunology Medical Affairs, North Europe, sanofi Specialty Care and is primarily office-based. This is a permanent role with no travel required.
Main responsibilities
- Design and execute omnichannel communication campaigns to increase reach of medical educational and dissemination activities.
- Prepare internal and external medical education to enhance disease and product knowledge and awareness, with focus on digital communication.
- Contribute to project management with Agile methodology.
- Liaise between different business functions to increase impact of medical activities.
- Support teams’ financial tracking by making purchase orders and requisitions as per need.
- Contribute to external scientific/medical presentations, e.g., at scientific conferences or for scientific or business audiences.
- Contribute to organization and implementation of Advisory Boards and other scientific meetings.
- Contribute to local evidence generation plans and reimbursement dossiers.
- Contribute to developing and implementing initiatives to improve Medical Affairs’ quality and effectiveness.
- Take responsibility for driving the aforementioned types of projects if needed.
- Address unsolicited medical questions according with all applicable regulations and internal policies, as per need.
- Maintain awareness of new scientific data, literature, competitive trends and product opportunities and help adjust medical and educational activities accordingly.
- Ensure specialist scientific level of expertise within therapeutic area.
- Provide input to and execute North Europe/Nordic Medical Affairs plan in close collaboration with country and North Europe Medicals and with other internal stakeholders
- Evaluate and approve medical and marketing materials for external use, with focus on digital/multimedia and cross-country campaigns
- Ensure the development of core behaviors to consistently meet legal, regulatory, ethical and social responsibility standards required by local laws and organizational policies, procedures and culture.
- Support to countries as per need in the Immunology medical affairs team
About you
- Pharmaceutical industry experience - experience from a similar position is a plus.
- Experience in interpretation of scientific and clinical data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with using digital communication systems and learning new IT systems.
- Ability to work well in both a team environment and independently.
- Target-oriented and results-driven, with an understanding of short- and long-term goals.
- High initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate, manage and prioritize workload in a busy professional environment.
- Balanced, yet structured, and fast in decision making processes.
- Ability to work in a professional and international environment, and to understand and comply with corporate standards, practices and codes of conduct.
- Business proficiency in English.
- Master level degree in life science or similar.
