Are you an experienced and inspiring people manager that thrive in supporting and developing talent within the team? Then you might be the new Program Director we are looking for!

What will your day look like?


In the role as Program Director, you will be responsible for organizing and managing one of our large international clients, where we are experiencing growth and expanding scopes. In the day-to-day business, you will be expected to lead the team and act as a people manager, as well as manage the client roadmap. Throughout the entire project lifecycle, you will make use of your management skills as well as tackle more hands-on tasks when needed. Moreover, keeping an eye on the ball and prioritizing activities is vital for this role. More specifically, your tasks include:

  • Managing the client relationship and expectations by establish and maintain a network of relationships with senior ad key business partners both internally and on client side fostering opportunities to expand the different scope of work.
  • Managing the team and being a daily sparring partner to your colleagues. This involves mentoring, talent development, 1:1 conversation, conflict management, etc.
  • Involvement in recruitment and retention of team members as well as succession planning and resource forecasting
  • Producing high quality presentations for internal and client meetings
  • Responsibility of overseeing the client service team’s performance ensuring they deliver the level of quality and service the client expects

Who are you going to work with?


You will join a client team of passionate employees, who always go the extra mile to help one another. You will be the linchpin in a network of competent project managers, developers, data scientists and experience designer from all around the world. Finally, you will spar, collaborate, and report to the Client Service Director who has the overall strategic responsibility.

What do you bring to the table?


You are a mature, easy-going person with a proactive mindset, who stay calm in hectic situations. You work to deliver the best possible outcome despite any challenges that arise by ‘rolling up your sleeves’ yourself if needed, while always prioritizing supporting the team and act as a daily sparring partner and mentor. As your day will involve a lot of complexity, it is pivotal that you can keep perspective while showing great attention to details. In addition, you have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a CRM and/or digitally-focused project manager or similar
  • Extensive experience with people management and the right toolbox for leading a team of experienced employees
  • Experience balancing time across multiple team members and the ability to keep calm and composed in times of stressful situations
  • Experience with strategic management and implementation of IT projects within CRM, web, and/or marketing automation is preferred, but not a requirement
  • Great communication and presentation skills in English. It is vital for this role, that you can communicate complex topics in a clear and understandable manner.

Please note that our clients are international so travelling is expected.
