As student assistant in the digital/RPA team in Finance, you will be joining a team of 3 dedicated and highly skilled colleagues. We have an engaging and supportive work environment and are passionate about what we do. You will have the opportunity to take part in our business automation journey including webscraping, OCR, APIs and dashboards and add value to managers and decision makers. You will report to the Head of Treasury.
Working hours will be approximately 15-20 weekly, with great flexibility in the planning.
Key Responsibilities
Overall, you will assist the company in building digital solutions to improve productivity in enhancing processes and reporting. You will report to the Head of Treasury and be part of the Digital team in Finance.

- Maintain and update existing RPA and Power BI reports
- Identify process automation possibilities and new ways of working in support functions (Finance, IT, HR, Legal, Communication, General Services)
- Develop and code programs that meet the defined solutions approach
- Document the automation procedures
- Assist the Digital Lead in coordinating the implementation of digital projects
- Support the team with daily treasury operations
