Your primary task will be to help attract and retain tech talents, and can include tasks like:
To get a better feeling of the job we have asked the previous student in the Competence area to say a few words about how it is to work here:
“DFDS is a great place to work as a student. I could never have imagined that as a student I would be given so much responsibility and autonomy. DFDS has been supportive both in my academic and professional career”
- Pernille Jonasson, now full time Strategy Execution Consultant and former student in the Competence area at DFDS.
About you
We think the strongest teams are built on diversity and inclusivity. Contrasting opinions, varied skills and strong characters bring out the best in us all. With this in mind, we think that you are ambitious, caring, a people person, highly capable of taking responsibility and have a strong personal drive.
You strive to be part of creating the best possible workplace and feel comfortable presenting and owning content.
English is a prerequisite as we are an international company.
Furthermore, we imagine that you have around 1-2 years left of your education.

While you’re with us, we want you to develop and move yourself. We’ll encourage you to challenge yourself to acquire new skills and perspectives and we will help you get there.
Practicalities:
