The ideal candidate must not necessarily have extensive experience in the facility management sector, but at least have experience with customer contact and an understanding of HR, leadership skills, and the ability to manage and motivate a diverse workforce. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead our cleaning and manpower teams, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinate and schedule manpower resources to meet client requirements and project deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards and safety regulations.
- Train and develop cleaning staff, providing guidance on best practices and industry standards.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and address any concerns promptly.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for new cleaning and manpower personnel.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols in line with industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and address their unique requirements.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the cleaning industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications are a plus.
