You will join our Global Business Services Function
As our new Change Specialist, you will be part of Global Business Services (GBS). GBS is a new function in Ramboll, responsible for all cross functional activities within our support functions, including PEX, Service Management and Transformation Office. Our key focus is to drive global transformation across all support functions, including digitalisation and automatization, off shoring and professionalising services.
This role will be accountable for increasing employee adaption and acceptance of transformation projects in Ramboll. Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

- Introduce a structured methodology and develop the tools to create an agile strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
- Understand the impact that projects will bring and ensure that activities are undertaken to enable employees to embrace the change
- Conduct change assessments on transformation projects
- Work closely with HR, Communications, and Transformation Office to bring a seamless change to the business
- Support Operations Directors and Project Managers to prepare them to lead the change activities
- Deliver training on change management to leaders and employees
