You will join our Business Applications department

As our new ProjectWise (FILERY) Team Lead you will be part of Global IT. In this role you will be supporting a global solution used by Ramboll colleagues around the global to manage documents and collaborate on projects delivering towards Ramboll’s clients. Global implementation of ProjectWise (Cloud/365), branded as FILERY, is running right now and we a shaping up the future home for this important element of every project’s process. Your work will aim to ensure that FILERY is stable, relevant and modern and that Ramboll can grow our tech-enabled consultancy business through fit-for-purpose solutions. You will be part of a growing department with various applications in the portfolio – where FILERY is the newest addition. You will be based in our Danish office and collaborate with team members in Europe and users globally. Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Day to day management of FILERY team, incl. escalations, stakeholder dialogue, pipeline management, roadmap planning and ensuring operations are in line with governance set up
  • Responsible for system being stable, relevant and modern this includes managing such activities as installations, configuration, troubleshooting, upgrades, updates, patches and releases
  • Responsible for service delivered to business including creation of custom/complex projects, rendition profiles, managed workspaces, unmanaged profiles and ICS rendition
  • Responsible for quality and end user support
  • Responsible for backlog delivery: enhancements, CRs, implementing new integration services of PW365. Act as Scrum Maser in sprints.
  • Supporting business owner in leading the adoption of FILERY and engagement with users, supporting PW Super User training
  • Team development and growth: objective setting and evaluation, prioritisation, personal development, resource allocation

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S. in Business, Computer Science or Engineering)
  • Knowledge of ITL processes
  • Experience in application management: including installation, maintenance of environments (e.g. install, development, test, staging, production, etc.), patching, fixes, upgrades, code management.
  • Experience in managing document management system in engineering company (3+ years), specifically ProjectWise experience is as advantage
  • Experience in leading a global team
  • Broad knowledge of MS products
  • Experience in agile concepts and practices and facilitation
