As our new ProjectWise Administrator (Solution Consultant for FILERY) you will be part of Global IT.
In this role you will be supporting a global solution used by Ramboll colleagues around the global to manage documents and collaborate on projects delivering towards Ramboll’s clients. Global implementation of ProjectWise (Cloud/365), branded as FILERY, is running right now and we a shaping up the future home for this important element of every project’s process. Your work will aim to ensure that FILERY is stable, relevant and modern and that Ramboll can grow our tech-enabled consultancy business through fit-for-purpose solutions. You will be part of a growing department with various applications in the portfolio – where FILERY is the newest addition. You will be based in our Danish office and collaborate with team members in Europe and users globally. In Business Applications, we have a strong collaboration culture and retain high employee satisfaction.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Performing ProjectWise related activities such as installing, configuring, and troubleshooting the software; and staying on top of current with upgrades, updates and patches. These are related to ProjectWise Infrastructure such as Windows servers, fileservers, database servers, web servers and networks and coordinating installation of cache servers. Liaising with Global IT or Bentley subject matter experts where relevant
- Providing end user support incl. complex project creation. Where needed liaison with Bentley
- Coordinating and running development, testing and releases
- Coordinating with software SMEs on integration features and functionality in line with PW Cloud/365 roadmap and business needs (including integration services of PW365 with PWDI)
- Delivering and designing configuration & enhancement needs to meet specific business requirements incl. workflow, rules engine, standard templates, work properties
- Creating and maintaining rendition profiles, managed workspaces, unmanaged profiles and ICS rendition
- Leading the adoption of our ProjectWise and engagement with users for all aspects of their business including delivering ProjectWise User and Administrator training
Your starting point for constant growth
From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc. in Computer Science or Engineering)
- Solid document management systems knowledge and specifically 2+ years of experience working as ProjectWise administrator supporting global user base
- Ability to configure and administer Bentley ProjectWise and enterprise-level, integrated applications, including installation, maintenance of environments (e.g. install, development, test, staging, production, etc.), patching, fixes, upgrades, code management.
- An understanding of relational databases, including administration, operation and maintenance. Working knowledge of SQL databases and SQL scripting is an advantage
- Working knowledge of Windows OS and batch scripting (advantage)
- Working knowledge of engineering / CAD tools is advantage
- Broad knowledge of Microsoft products. Working knowledge of Power Platform and SharePoint is an advantage
- Proven track record in engaging and understanding requirements, suggesting solution or alternatives that accommodate the need
