You will join our Business Applications department

As our new Business Consultant FILERY you will be part of Global IT. In this role you will be supporting a global solution used by Ramboll colleagues around the global to manage documents and collaborate on projects delivering towards Ramboll’s clients. Global implementation of ProjectWise (Cloud/365), branded as FILERY, is running right now and we a shaping up the future home for this important element of every project’s process. Your work will aim to ensure that FILERY is stable, relevant and modern and that Ramboll can grow our tech-enabled consultancy business through fit-for-purpose solutions. You will be part of a growing department with various applications in the portfolio – where FILERY is the newest addition. You will be based in our Danish office and collaborate with team members in Europe and users globally. In Business Applications, we have a strong collaboration culture and retain high employee satisfaction.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Daily interface between FILERY and process owners and users in handling change requests via dialogue with business users, process owners and SMEs. Creating epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases development
  • Being the voice of customer. Following up with end users to understand their pains and gains so that you can shape recommendations for solution roadmap and requirements value and urgency
  • Problem-solving and analysis of focus areas where needed
  • Specify, test and quality assure change requests as part of development and release cycle. This includes conducting UAT, validation sessions and implementation for features, configurations and functionalities
  • Support or manage roll out of FILERY releases including communication with end users (release notes and guidelines).
  • Keeping know-how, guidelines and training material up to date and technical documentation consistent with releases
  • Assist SMEs in advanced user support where required
  • Management and maintenance of product backlog

Your starting point for constant growth

  • Experience defining software requirements for complex products, either as a business analyst, consultant or equivalent role in Agile software delivery. 2-5 years relevant experience.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and present them in simple to terms to nontechnical team members and customers
  • Experience working with document management solution (support, design or implementation). Especially relevant if the experience comes from engineering industry
  • Experience of SaaS deployment and configuration
  • Have great stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills that help you move and progress in a matrix organisation
  • Excellent communication skills: crisp, clear and precise.
  • Knowledge or ProjectWise and Microsoft O365 is strong advantage
