You will join our newly formed Service Management department, a part of Global Business Services.

As our new Service Catalogue Manager, you will be part of a service-minded, value-focused team that is working to professionalise Service Management within the support functions of IT, HR, Finance, Facilities Management, Legal, Marketing and Communications. This is an opportunity to join the team at a crucial stage in the development of Service Management at Ramboll, and shape the future of the discipline.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Manage, publish, maintain and mature the Service Catalogue
  • Work with Service owners to refine and add/retire Services
  • Work with Service owners to develop Service roadmaps
  • Work with Service owners and Finance stakeholders to ensure costs for each Service are accurately estimated and applied
  • Promote the benefits of Service Management to stakeholders
  • Anchor the Catalogue within the functions and the business to ensure it is used to the benefit of both the consumers of and the providers of the Service
  • Participate in the development of SLAs and KPIs that drive performance behaviour
  • Produce, maintain and monitor performance reporting
  • Identify and develop continuous service improvements
  • Manage the Service review process with key stakeholders, ensuring that escalations and feedback are acted upon, tracked and completed.

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a business, finance or IT discipline
  • Experience with live catalogue implementation in an ITSM tool, preferably ServiceNow
  • Experience working with common Service Management frameworks and best practice, such as ITIL, VeriSM, ISO/IEC 20000
  • Understanding and experience of how to use and interpret data effectively
  • Confident at building relationships to partner with stakeholders to drive organizational priorities and programs


Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include: Strong ability to manage own workload and adapt to an ever-changing landscape with shifting priorities. Can work on own initiative with a high degree of dependability.
