You will lead and implement change management activities and apply a structured methodology across transformations in Ramboll. When joining Ramboll your main project will be to support the integration of Henning Larsen, a Danish architecture company, adding approximately 300 architects and a wealth of expertise that will strengthen Ramboll's existing architecture competencies. To succeed in this role, you must have a solid understanding of how people at all levels go through a change. You will join Group HR

As our new Change Specialist, you will be part of Group HR and drive change management activities in a dynamic and Global organization, supporting our business running large scale projects from idea to implementation.

This role will be accountable for increasing adaption and acceptance of transformation projects in Ramboll. Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Help define and continuously improve our change management framework and embed it in the transformational work
  • Support Project Managers to prepare them to lead the change activities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders via a structured methodology and tools to create an agile strategy to support adoption of the changes required by projects or initiatives
  • Lead and implement change management activities (change strategy & planning, stakeholder engagement, change impact, organizational readiness, communications and training)
  • Understand the impact that projects will bring and ensure that activities are undertaken to enable employees to embrace the change
  • Identify barriers and define appropriate mitigation strategies to change and design actions that will facilitate transformation
  • Work closely with stakeholders on all levels to bring a seamless change to the business
  • Deliver and facilitate training on change management to leaders and employees
  • Mentoring and coaching stakeholders in the change process

  • At least 3 years of experience in managing change initiatives in a customer facing role
  • Solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Experience with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Experience with working in a global matrix organization and a good understanding of cross-cultural collaboration
  • Experience of M&A is considered beneficial
  • You are fluent in both written and verbal English
