You will join our Global Talent Development team department

As our new e-learning developer you will be part of a global organisation working with a wide range of global talent initiatives in close cooperation with the business. The E-Learning Developer is a centralized resource serving and supporting diverse departments and business units across Ramboll through the development of e-learning experiences. The E-learning developer employs value-added skills to create e-learning experiences that aid in the support of the primary set of core competencies and capabilities that drive Ramboll’s business.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Collaborate with Key Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to storyboard e-Learning modules, interactions and capability assessments
  • Organize content and interactions in logical eLearning sequences for maximum learner retention.
  • Collaborate with Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) manager securing content developed fulfils the standards outlined on EDI.
  • Create custom graphics and animations as needed to elevate the learning experience
  • Ensure training content adheres to audio/visual technical specifications for mobile and desktop learning, as well as brand guidelines and industry best practices
  • Thoroughly test, debug and troubleshoot across multiple devices and browsers
  • Design and build module while incorporating stakeholder feedback

  • Highly collaborative, preferable experience from working in global Organisation and/or working with customers globally, open to multiple perspectives, work both independently and collaboratively to achieve outcomes
  • Solid instructional design experience focused on eLearning and/or multi-media development
  • Combination of creative design skills and technical knowledge; experience with graphic design, video, micro-learning, responsive design, gamification, simulations, animation/motion graphics preferred
  • Proficiency with eLearning tool Articulate Storyline and solid knowledge of responsive design and advanced actions, audio editing, and Learning Management Systems (preferably Cornerstone)
  • Strong project management skills that are demonstrated by timely task completion and quality of deliverables
  • Flexible, upbeat and energetic attitude – self-starter with the ability to quickly build strong partnerships, effectively communicate needs and challenges
  • Highly collaborative, preferable experience from working in global organisations, and open to multiple perspectives, work both independently and collaboratively to achieve outcomes
  • Excellent written , oral , and interpersonal communication skills
