You will join our Integration team
Our integration team support the global Ramboll business in managing and developing the integration platform. As our new BizTalk Integration Developer/Specialist you will be working with the BizTalk Server platform and MS SQL Server where you will develop, test, implement, document and support solutions integrating applications across enterprise.
You will evaluate existing components and services to determine integration requirements and to ensure final solutions meet functional and organizational needs. You will work on projects to integrate Complex business applications and develop workflows to transport, transform, and apply business rules to source data and then distribute the data to destinations systems.

You will join our Integration team
Our integration team support the global Ramboll business in managing and developing the integration platform. As our new BizTalk Integration Developer/Specialist you will be working with the BizTalk Server platform and MS SQL Server where you will develop, test, implement, document and support solutions integrating applications across enterprise.
You will evaluate existing components and services to determine integration requirements and to ensure final solutions meet functional and organizational needs. You will work on projects to integrate Complex business applications and develop workflows to transport, transform, and apply business rules to source data and then distribute the data to destinations systems.
Responsibilities
- Execute development efforts for various Integration applications, focused around the Microsoft BizTalk integrations platform.
- Provide advanced application development support for the Enterprise Service Bus and related solutions
- Maintain and update documentation and artifacts for all supported systems and project phases
- Lead and participate in design documents, release notes and code reviews
- Communicate with managers and business partners on business systems and project statuses
- Utilize source code management using TFS
- Contribute to all aspects of development process including analysis, design and development of the data models, schema, software components for all tiers, transformation, integration interfaces and reporting platforms.
- Scope projects and provide estimates
- Support the existing integrations
- Be a part of building and expanding the capabilities of the team

- Preferably 3 – 5 years of experience in development, maintenance, and administration of Microsoft BizTalk application and environment. Including orchestrations, maps, pipelines, port configuration, XML, as well as performance and scalability tuning
- Microsoft BizTalk versions 2013/2016
- BizTalk standard adapters with some experience with custom adapters
- MS Visual Studio and TFS
- Strong hands-on development experience including: C# .NET - (WCF Data Services), Web API REST / SOAP
- SQL Server
- SQL or T-SQL (Stored Procedures, Triggers, Views)
- XML and XSLT
- Hybrid Integration platform (Azure - BizTalk on-prem)
- Azure tools - Logic Apps, ServiceBus, Event Grid, API Management
- Implementation of business-to-business interfaces and service-oriented architecture
We hope you also have these qualities:
- Experience and good understanding of system integration applications
- Interested in learning new technologies
- Ability to communicate clearly with various stakeholders, on different technical levels, as well as with developer and integrations consultants.
- You are a good team player and a motivated self-starter
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written (Danish is not mandatory)
- You are innovative and have a problem-solving approach to tasks
