Your primary responsibilities will be to structure a large amount of information (software for design, modelling, calculations, etc.) throughout the entire Ramboll organisation and create and contain the foundation, process standardisation and optimisation for our global software service platform (GSRS). Good communication skills are required so that you can work comfortably in our global setup. You will join our Technical Software department
You will be part of our Technical Software team, which is an in-house department for automation and development of global software contract - the digital tools and products used in the organization. Our mission is to digitalize and automate our processes, freeing and enabling our business units and department to focus even more on bringing value by preparing data analysis and dashboard to support the business.

We focus on handling challenges with complex contract agreements, creating and feeding automated processes to PBUs and Head of Departments. You will assist our team in India who support some of the basic routines - you will support them and help critical data be delivered as agreed, tested and returned to finance. You will solve problems using innovative and creative approaches to challenges not solved before.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be
In your role, you will be expected to lead process workshops to define and document as-is and to-be business processes. You would also be required to educate business users responsible for managing and operating business processes for process standardization.

You will apply knowledge of the business process modelling notations documenting processes. The intent is to create best-in-class, process-driven approaches to define and deliver the next generation of innovative and digital solutions. You will also be responsible for supporting our Contract Manager and the processes going around the contract agreement with analytics data to ensure business objectives are met.

Your starting point for constant growth

From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development to grow with the company. This role requires you to be able to solve problems creatively. We expect:

  • 3+ years of experience with MySQL, SQL or similar

  • Experience with BI tools such as Power-BI

  • Experience in process modelling, process and business architecture

  • Experience with creating and analysing process data using PowerBI delivering valuable insights

  • Managed end to end engagements for process standardisation, optimisation and improvements

  • Ability to create process standard and guidelines

  • Experience with gap analysis for as-is and industry best practices

  • Ability to independently conduct process workshops and define and document as-is a processes workshop

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Global experience is a plus
